Questions we hear often
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. Every class welcomes complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Simply show up as you are.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice. Because sessions are small, every seat truly matters. Full details are included in your Eventbrite booking.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Absolutely — we love it. Just make sure each person books their own ticket. Shared wellness experiences have a way of deepening bonds beautifully.
Are your products available on class days?
Yes. The apothecary is open before and after every session and our team is always on hand to help guide your selections.
Do you offer classes for children or teens?
Current sessions are designed for adults (18+). Reach out if you’re interested in a family-focused experience and we’ll see what we can arrange.
I have a health condition — is it safe?
Please consult your healthcare provider if relevant. We recommend arriving early to let the facilitator know anything important before we begin.
